"The days of my stay were very cold, and the apartment had no heating system. The blanket was extremely thin, so I was a bit cold during the night. When I asked for a heater or extra blanket, I was told it wasn't possible. The apartment is very nice, but the service was average to poor. "

"O apartamento é idêntico às fotos! Tudo bem organizado e limpo, local bem amplo e arejado, acomodou muito bem 5 pessoas!
O único ponto seria em relação aos cobertores, tinham bastante porém estavam com um cheiro ruim, precisavam ser lavados, somente isso! Cama confortável, travesseiros bons, tudo perfeito!"

"We had a terrible experience since they did not recognize our reservation late at night. Fortunately we were not left on the street without place a stay. And due to my friend we managed to get a substitute hotel. We had to pay another 440.00 to stay at an alternate place. We are now out 528.00 we paid and need a refund. We left abandoned in a strange country with people that had all the lights off the front and our taxi driver came to the rescue. The innkeeper had no sympathy for our desperate...
