"Our room was clean, facility was clean, as well. We used the outdoor pool and the pool bathrooms which were tidy. There was some details of the windowsill and the sliding door off our room that needed attention as well as outside, but, my husband and I are very observant of such things while most others may not notice. None detracted from the beauty of the Inn or its' location. We will return again!!"

"The Holiday Inn Express in Rochester was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were all very kind and friendly. One morning I came downstairs too late for breakfast and the staff member behind the desk offered to go into the kitchen and get me some yogurt, fruit, and see what else he could find. The morning breakfasts were great. The coffee in the machine is better than starbucks. The pool and hot tub are clean, well maintained. The flowers around the hotel were beautiful and I saw people watering them every day. Also, it is in a great location, with many stores nearby. We traveled to Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, and Portsmouth from here - easy treks. My only negative is that the cleaning people, who only came in my room half the time I was there, did not vacuum my floor or clean the bathroom sink. But we got fresh towels every day. Great place to go. I would totally stay there again on my next trip to Maine."

"They use Dove products for shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. For someone with sensitive skin this was a wonderful surprise. Easy room access the room was quite roomy for king size bed."
