The concierge parked our car to make it easier for us to get settled. The front desk staff offered us a promotion to spin the when you win a prize and we won the free breakfast option, which was a nice surprise. The pool was nice but I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not warm."

"i booked the hotel for the spa but it was closed during my stay. i re ceived 3 emails from them before arriving and NEVER did they mention the spa would be closed during my week window of staying there. Had i known the spa would be closed i would have definitely went to a hotel which has a spa to use."
