"The bed was comfortable,but the lack of any comfortable chairs made it difficult. We asked for an extra chair as there was only one and it was a hard seat regular table chair. Another chair was brought immediately. It was an old wooden straight chair. There was a tiny bar of soap for our three days ..."

"Short stay (2 days), the staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was in great condition; some of the bathroom fixtures were old and needed updating, but overall everything was great. I would stay here again."

We love Altus and have wonderful family that we come to see, but this hotel was definitely not up to standards! We will be coming back to Altus but trying a different hotel!
