"Very clean hotel in all areas including the pool, the room itself, the restaurant and outside eating areas. All the staff were lovely. Check in was smooth and speedy & front desk team so helpful when booking the waterpark (and got us a discount), taxi to the airport (which was cheaper than Uber) and generally great. Breakfast excellent. Great choice from cooked to fresh bakery items and the best freshly squeezed orange juice! The bar and restaurant team were all so helpful especially with my daughter who has an allergy. Hotel is in perfect location for walking to the beach but also the town with all the restaurants / cafes. The room was much bigger than it looked on the website and big balcony overlooking the pool. Was stocked with everything you need if planning on preparing meals. Swimming pool was a great size and so good to have the indoor pool plus jacuzzi. Had no problems getting loungers around the outdoor pool, towels were put out early but still always loungers available. Overall we loved this hotel and the staff. Would highly recommend!"

"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and on both occasions we booked a sea view studio. During our first stay, we were given a very spacious room, which was great, but the sea view was disappointing. The balcony itself didn’t overlook the sea, and the only view was through a small window on the kitchen side, which wasn’t what we expected when booking a sea view studio. On our second stay, the situation was the opposite. We had a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous sea view, which was exactly what we had hoped for, but the room itself was much smaller and felt quite cramped compared to our previous stay. Check-in was straightforward and efficient, and the staff were very helpful in accommodating an early check-in, which we really appreciated after travelling. There are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. The swimming pool is indoor only and feels quite dated, so it would benefit from some refurbishment. Housekeeping was also inconsistent during our stay. The maids either arrived very early in the morning or didn’t come at all, and they were often quite noisy in the corridors. Overall, we’ve had mixed experiences across our two stays. The sea views, friendly service, and easy check-in are definite positives, but there are some inconsistencies with the rooms and housekeeping, and the pool could do with updating."
