"This hotel is old and tired. The welcome was, at best, lukewarm, and the service was generally not good. The room was not well cleaned but there was good air conditioning, which was very welcome. Furniture was old and beds uncomfortable. The phone in the room did not work and other guests were allowed to yell at each other at 3am in the communal areas! Breakfast offer was good. Restaurant was awful - service was poor, food was almost inedible, card machine doesn’t work! They do not sell alcohol and don’t name this in their description. They do offer “mocktails” which are an absolute laugh! Don’t waste your money! Swimming pool was nice but the chairs/sofas around the pool are very dirty. Would not recommend it."

"The staff in Reception and at the breakfast buffet were outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. The food at the buffet was very good and had a huge selection. The spa was a disappointment. It was not clean and I was charged double the price for the service I requested, and did not even receive all that the service was supposed to have included."

"There were 2 issues with this place. The first was their amenities were old. Their TV did not work the entire time we were there. On our last day, a technician showed up trying to fix the TV to no avail. The other issue is that they had no shuttle to the airport as advertised. That was a total lie. Other than those 2 issue, it was an OKAY place."
