"This was our second visit to this hotel. It is great, I cannot fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, it is 5mins from metro/train station(one stop from the airport) Breakfast is fantastic with a dedicated kids buffet section. There is a kids playroom with craft supplies, hobby horses, Nintendo switch and board games. In the room there is a mini fridge with bottled water, tea/coffee, chrome cast for tv. My kids are desperate to go back already!"

"Great budget hotel option that is close to the train station. Only downside is the size of the hotel room which is very small - I expect this in Europe. However, the design of the shower is not functional - it is so small and the doors open in such a way that if you turn on the shower and do not rotate the shower head to the side beforehand, your bathroom will flood."

"This is in a good location close to the center of Copenhagen. We had a wonderful corner room with wide vistas. There are two NCH's in town, so make sure you go to the one you booked. My only quibble, is the lobby floor restaurant was a little nickel and dimey: they charge for bread and no tap water. They are not unusual with this as these limitations are common with many European hotels. Still, if you're spending $150 on a meal, a slice of bread or two seems like an easy way to elevate your service."
