"The guests in the adjacent room to me were drunk, loud, yelling, smoking, playing loud bass music, sliding furniture around on the tile floor, breaking glass, going to/from the pool constantly, and slamming doors. This occurred four nights between 8pm - 2am. I informed hotel staff multiple times and no action was taken!!!"
