"The air conditioner did not push out much air keeping the room stuffy. The TV did not work. The remote seemed to be broken or not the right kind to go with the tv in our room. The "nonslip" surface in our bathtub had been removed, leaving a dark line around where it used to be. The back of our door looked like it had caught fire at some point and the peep hole was stuffed with a plastic bag to keep it from being used. "

"AC did not work, room was 82 degrees most of our stay. Room was basic and clean, but most fixtures were old. There was never a person at the front desk. Will not stay here again. "

"Toilet didnt work staff was no help. Said they would notify maintenance, left for hockey game and came back about 4hrs later and still wasnt fixed. Went back to front desk they acted like they wasnt aware of the issue, so i checked out early. Next time ill stay elsewhere... "

"Clean room except two chairs they were disgusting and one was torn. Their bottled waters are over priced at $4.00 a bottle. There is MASSIVE hotel being built directly across from this hotel so don't expect quiet until after 6 pm. The breakfast offered great selections from waffles to eggs, oatmeal, cereals, toasts, fresh fruit. It was great. The seating area was also fantastic. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. It is close driving distance to a local mall and shopping areas and within 10 minutes or so of The Ritz concert venue. Easy access to highway and plenty of food options near and within walking distance to hotel. Overall okay."
