We needed a place to stay and this was one of our only options. Google Maps took us right there but we'd never know it was the correct location because there wasn't a sign. It used to be a Baymont hotel but it's changed to a Park Inn. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot so we were very hesitant. Don't judge a book by it's cover! Yes, they are under construction but our room was super clean and there were no funky smells. The shower head had the best pressure ever! I recommend if you just need a place to sleep and it's way cheaper than the others...especially for Iowa State football games, etc. We didn't eat their continental breakfast.

It did the job. Clean, friendly. Don’t plan on the continental breakfast cause there’s not much of anything.

The staff were friendly. The condition of the hotel and rooms were in need of some TLC and cleaning. The window did not seal well so we hear the highway all night. The breakfast was good. All items were pre-packaged.
