โ5 stars customer service. The man at front desk (Sunday 08/17/25 4:15 pm)was polite and friendly. He deserves an employee of the month award. The hotel is neat and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great complementary breakfast. We're coming back next time we go to a concert in Arcadia theater. This hotel is highly recommended.โ
โAll staff members were very friendly. Only negatives were no pool and the only place to eat from was Starbucks which was very pricey. Also, no pool.

โit is the Perfect hotel for long staying.
Near has a big shopping mall(Woodfield) with 4 department store.
Also, much of shoppoing place, and close to the O'hare Airport.
Much of Glof places are located wihin 20 minute drive distance.
Do not spend the time for finding the breakfirst restaurent, but you can prepare on your own.

โThe property was in a great spot, easy to access and had lots of options for dining. We got excellent recommendations from the staff. Speaking of the staff, Alyssa was OUTSTANDING and made our stay an incredible one. She was amazing, friendly and very helpful. She even helped us get access to a steamer.
