암스테르담 시내를 도보로 걸어다니기에 좋은 위치
중앙역에서 멀지않고, 담광장에서 가까운 편리한 위치. 처음엔 난방이 좀 문제가 있다고해서 라디에이터를 줘서 춥지않게 잘지냈다. 방에 커피포트가 없어서 불편했지만 로비에 커피머신과 티가 준비되있어 자주 이용했던점이 좋았다.

The room is small and the pathway is like a maze. I am worried about the sanitary condition of the bedclothes. Somewhat uncomfortable

장소는 대로옆이라 밤에도 좀 안전하게 이동가능해서 좋아요. 비싼 암스테르담 호텔들 중에서 좀 저렴하게 사용가능해서 가격대비 괜찮아요~ 방음이 좀 안되긴 하지만 다른게 다 괜찮아서 참을만 합니다~

Great location close to many attractions. No frills place to stay. Elevator inoperable for half of our stay. Linens changed every day, but floors never cleaned. Price was appropriate for this hotel. Located on a major street, so if you want to sleep at night, dont get a room overlooking the front of hotel.

Me dieron la habitación número 1 que tiene una ventana sin doble cristal en la planta baja que da justo a la calle y el ruido era infernal, se escuchaba el trafico, las bicis, los peatones e incluso el sonido del semáforo. Dormir es una pesadilla. En la habitación hay tres interruptores para la luz, pero solo funcionaba uno, el que hay junto a la puerta de entrada, por lo que antes de dormir hay que ir hasta allá para apagar la luz y regresar a la cama a oscuras. No hay mesa ni silla. El colchón cómodo. El baño privado esta bien y limpio. El personal de recepción muy amable. Siento mucho poner comentarios negativos pero he dicho la verdad.

Great hotel in a great location. 3 minute walk from Dam square, several attractions on the same road as the hotel, plenty of clothes shops etc. Can't fault the hotel, we booked the delux room. Cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. No tea or coffee machine in your room but there is one to the left of the reception desk. Heating is working in the rooms. Quiet location, the only noise we heard was people coming back and slamming their room doors but that was few and far between. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, me and my husband had a lovely 4 nights away and we will definitely be returning ☺️

Mouldy room, dirty toilet brush sticking out and white ‘stains’ over the curtains. Moved rooms after the 1st night, was better. Great location though.

Standard hotel but done the job. The beds were uncomfortable but I have a bad back anyway. No kettle or drinks in the room and my safe wouldn't work. Watch out for young kids on the windows as there were no locks and they could quite easily fall out. Apart from them, we were only staying 2 nights and it was a good location.

Showers don’t have any water stopper, so water will spill everywhere (probably causing mold). I was woken up by staff loudly banging on my door on two separate occasions - when I failed to open (as I was sleeping), they just kept banging on the door. Hotel should provide “do not disturb” door hangers. I woke up with insect bites on my ear and jawline one morning - did not find bed bugs, but quite concerning nonetheless. It is very well located, and reasonably priced, but unfortunately lacks in cleanliness.

Primi 3 giorni senza aria calda in stanza e ci siamo morti di freddo ma la cosa peggiore è stata senza nessuna comunicazione da parte dello staff, improvvisamente durante una notte è scattato l’allarme anti incendio nella stanza !!

Room on sixth floor, top of the building. Nice, good shower, looks clean. Woke up in the middle of the night when the fire alarm sounded, very scary! It only lasted a few seconds but didn't sleep very well. Bed was okay.

No heating in the entire property, ran out on electric heaters to offer us and refused to bring extra duvets to our rooms. Claimed it was on their website that they didn’t have heating for 4 months however this was a lie.

Good location but a cold room
The room was quite modern and the location was great but what let us down was that there was no heating - which meant sleeping in jackets as well as pyjamas - they provided a space heater but it didn't help. Another thing was that there were only 2 channels on the TV but that was minor considering we were out walking about most of the time.

Location TOP. Zu Fuß sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben Elektro Heizungen bekommen. Parken ist gut möglich. Allerdings so wie überall in amsterdam sehr teuer. Parkservice ist vorhanden und kostet 45? Pro Tag

we had the economy room which is in the basement and it was the biggest mistake. The amount of noise coming from staff and other people staying at the hotel was absolutely ridiculous. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything so if you have loud neighbours you’re in for a fun night like we did. We could also hear the cleaner bang doors around and move the vacuum cleaner with such force in total disregard of any guests and that was very early in the morning.
