Per questo devi contattarci tu stesso, altrimenti non potrai entrare. abbiamo delle cassette delle chiavi per quello. Non possiamo sapere se qualcuno parte prima o parte tardi, lo sa solo l'ospite. hai tempo per fare il check-out fino alle 11:00. La chiave che prendi dalla cassetta delle chiavi è la chiave della porta d'ingresso, ma anche della tua camera. Avresti potuto contattarci anche telefonicamente e rispondiamo sempre ai messaggi se le persone hanno domande. Mi dispiace che tu abbia avuto una brutta esperienza con questo.Ci sono diverse opzioni per prendere l'autobus o il treno. Puoi prendere Bolt, Uber o taxi, ma puoi anche andare in treno e questo è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal nostro hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. We have heater in all rooms, In our hotel we have everywhere heater. I dont know what kind of room you went in, but looks like it was not in our hotel. even if you had complainment you did not come to the reception. we have shower curtains for showering. I See alote of complainment. if you come to us you would be help with things. before you make a booking. you could call us for more information. we cant help anymore if people complain afther the stay in the hotel.
