Room was leaking water overhead in bathroom but was quickly moved to another room. Hotel is located in city center area very close to tram for easy access. University aged people party in front of hotel until five am every night so if your room is lower than third floor on front side of hotel you will likely have problem sleeping due to noise. There is a “coffee shop” ie pot cafe next door to hotel which contributes to the congregation of the all night party. The bar attached to hotel is nice place to have an evening beer or two. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful in giving directions. Hotel is old but well kept and clean. Mini split ac in room was adequate and kept room comfortable. Descent places to eat within a hundred yards walking distance from hotel. Personally, I thought the rates were overpriced but unsure if you’d find better value in neighboring hotels. I’d suggest investigating rates in this area before booking. Overall, hotel is descent and always felt safe. I’d likely stay here again if in the area.
