다시 가고싶은 호텔.
다른 호텔 예약했었는데 엉뚱하게 이상한 방 배정받아서 캔슬하고 바로 다시 이 호텔로 예약해서 들어왔어요. 호텔스닷컴 예약 처리 시간이 걸린대서 한시간 정도 기다렸는데 웰컴드링크도 있고 라운지도 넓고 쾌적해서 피곤했지만 쉬면서 기다렸고요, 더블베드에 욕조 있는 방을 원했지만 싱글베드 두개에 샤워만 있어 좀 아쉬웠지만 그래도 방은 깨끗했고 맛있는 에스프레소와 차 서비스 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절해서 좋았어요.

처음들른 교외 숙박처였는데 아주 꽤적하고 식사가 좋음 ᆢ단 upselling. food라고 하서 의지와 관계없이 비용이 나와서 당황 ᆢ그래도 식사수준은 좋음

암스테르담 인, 아웃 시에 하루 정도 머무를만한 곳
암스테르담에 도착하는 날 하루 숙박하였는데, 암스테르담 시내쪽의 숙소 가격 보다 훨씬 싸고 시설도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 공항에서도 표지판이 잘 되어 있어서 공항 나와서 호텔 셔틀 표시 보고 나오니 호텔 이름 써있는 곳이 바로 보여서 호텔도 셔틀 타고 잘 도착했어요. 주변에 맥도날드 하나 있고 아무 것도 없어서 여행 중의 숙소로 묵기에는 어려울 것 같지만 암스테르담에 늦게 도착하셔서 그날 아무 것도 못하는 경우에는 하루 정도 머무르기에는 좋은 것 같아요. 암스테르담 호텔들은 물 같은 건 기본 서비스로 주지 않는 건지는 잘 모르겠지만 물이 없어서 좀 당황했어요. 나머지는 무난하게 깔끔한 시설이라 저녁은 한국에서 가져온 먹을 것들 먹고 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편인 것 같아요.

춥고 관리상태 안좋아요.
지난 번 숙박이 좋아서 다시 간건데 이번에 배정받은 방은 최악이었습니다. 길가 쪽 1층 방이었는데 시끄럽고 히터를 돌려도 계속 춥고 샤워부스는 물이 내려가지도 않아서 샤워하기에 상당히 불편했습니다. 쉬고 있는데 직원들이 문을 쾅쾅 두드리고 다니면서 미니바에 음료 채워넣는다고 휴식을 방해하지를 않나 서비스가 너무 엉망입니다. 가격이 아주 싼것도 아닌데 싸구려 모텔 수준의 컨디션이었습니다. 유럽여행동안 nh를 애용했었는데 이번 숙박으로 nh는 다시는 오고싶지 않은 곳이 되었습니다.

Not good experience while using the hotel
I cannot believe the hotel is a 4 stars hotel. Because the room maintenance is not good at all. For example, before I used the bathtub there were hairs so I had to clean it and the sink in the toilet was cracked. And the receptionist said she wanted to take 25 euro as a deposit for a mini bar but when they return money 20 euro something because of city tax. But the receptionist never ever said that when she explained to me the hotel will return 25 euro entirely she never say about city tax so I wasn't except it. So I hope they should explain properly and clearly and the shuttle bus is too small. I was used for going to the hotel and airport the bus didn't turn on the air conditioner and too dense so even I couldn't sit while going to the hotel. So, I would recommend if you want to use your money worthy you should stay other hotels.

전형적인 공항부근 호텔. 편안하게 잘 수 있고 호텔 내부에 대부분 편의시설이 있으나 한정적임. 3분거리에 맥도날드는 장점. 암스테르담에선 가격대비 객실이 넓으나 일반적인 기준으론 비싼편임

Great stay. Arrived 6:30am from US. Staff allowed an early checkin for a reasonable fee and I was able to catch up on my sleep before heading out the next day on a regular er ruined from Amsterdam.

Hotel is Ok for condition of rooms etc. Free shuttle bus to the airport is useful. However there is no restaurant or room service available after 2200. This is a big gap for an airport hotel where guests may arrive late in the evening.

I enjoyed the stay at this NH hotel. My only issue with this hotel was that I had to pay an early check in fee, which was beyondmycontrolfor getting there so early. Flights from the US usually arrive in Europe early morning so I either had to wait until 3pm to check in or pay the early check in fee. Keeping in mind there is also a time difference. I would have appreciated it if some consideration was given. Initially I was told that the room may not be available but when I paid the early fee I got a room. I paid the fee because it was a long flight and I needed to rest.

It was terrible. The room was ice cold in the middle of the winter. We called the front desk and they told you do started in a different way than written instructions. Regardless, it never got warm. When we left the room we felt like we should have slept in the hallways. The checkin took over an hour and they didn’t put the Credit card on file so we had to go downstairs to pay for room service.

Very lovely hotel, smooth check in. Great staff all very informative and friendly. Excellent room, extremely clean and fresh. Good size. Very pretty hotel. Spa facilities nice although jacuzzi cold be much warmer. Hotel shuttle was a definite bonus.

Had a stopover for one night in Amsterdam and needed a hote to stay at. We booked here for the shuttle access. Shuttle was very near exit of the Schipol airport area and was helpful since it was storming at the time we came in. Check in was fast and concierge spoke fluent english and dutch. The Hotel has different wings with each wing having its own elevator banks so you don't have to worry about delays when checking out in the morning. The rooms were clean and very updated. Unfortunately the only critique would be the bed - my fiancee felt the springs in our mattress and could not get comfortable enough to have a restful sleep. I did not have a problem but if you are sensitive to that, it is something to be aware of. We did enjoy our time in the steam bath and sauna that was there and took a small dip in the pool and mini jacuzzi. The steam and sauna felt great but the water temperature for the jacuzzi was the same temperature as the pool so it was cold We did not experience the green room during dinner time but we did see their menu. It was limited but had a familiar and safe items that anyone can order off of like steak, burgers, sandwhiches etc. for 20+ euros for dish. We opted takeout elsewhere. We did choose to have breakfast there. It was a light breakfast buffet style with an english style breakfast with pancakes, eggs, meat and beans, a healthy bar area of fruit and oatmeal/cereals, and a sandwhich area with bread and meats and cheese.

I am so glad to hear we were able to accommodate you and even more glad that your overall stay with us was such a positive experience. I am sorry to hear though that you experienced issues with our beds and the temperature of our jacuzzi. We strive to offer any comfort our guests might need so I'm sorry that the bed was not up to expectation. As to the jacuzzi, it is actually more like a whirlpool so to avoid confusion. It is not a hot pool it is mainly a whirlpool with bubbles. I do hope you choose to stay with us again in the future, and if you might need any help or information please do let us know.
