It was very nice experience all the place just for us. We thought that we miss the last day because we're worry to check out early but we never ask for late checkout. Was clean and quiet exactly what we looking for.

I liked very much the proximity to the beach and the type of beach. I did not like that you have to open and close the parking gate yourself each time you enter and exit the property. It is kind of lonely and there is no security on site.

After making the reservation thru expedia I contacted the hotel and was told there were no rooms available. If only I knew back then that the holel owner was supposed to pay for my stay in another hotel (because he didn't closed the availability in expedia he was supposed to find me a hotel and pay for it).

Too many mosquitoes. I found a big enough opening through the bathroom window screen. Towels were dirty. Bunk bed following apart. Did not feel safe. Times are different now. More people staying in hotel rooms so it would be nice for more amenities. Maybe it’s just the rooms I stayed in but it’s wasn’t good.

Yukayeke - a favorite place!
I look for solitude and a great beach, and Yukayeke offers both. Not for the luxury hounds. Just a glorious place to be alone. But families enjoy it as well. Good pool and good availability for family time as well.

The manager was easy to work with, and very friendly with lots of advice about different things around Anasco. The beach was easy to access and very quiet. Overall was very relaxing.

Reservation has instructions to call 72hrs in advance to confirm or cancel reservation because there is no front desk at the locality. I received a message less than 24 hrs indicating to check in at the Resort office. Once as the premises, there was no one at the office. The good, I call and in less the 15 min there was someone waiting for me at the office. Everything else is amazing. Easy access to the beach and pool. Good hot water and A/C. Room is perfect. Looks like an apartment. Little living room, stove, microwave, and a regular refrigerator with big freezer. It has a porch with table and chairs. Besides of the downs, the resort is an amazing placa to stay.

James at the front desk was very kind and the property was beautiful on a clean & quiet beach with a great sized pool. Lots of great plants, lizards & frogs on the property which we loved. It's close to Rincon & Mayaguez, right in the middle but not much within walking distance besides 1 bar.

It was a nice experience.
Don't take me wrong, it was a good experience and we'd like to come back again. Let's start it... We arrived early, a couple hours before check-in time. So, we had to open the gate ourselves (please, dont forget to close it). There was no one to greet us, but the place seems nice and welcoming. Afte a while we met the cleaning girl, she was nice and told us to wait around. Check-in was smooth and on time. The surroundings are beautiful, but need a little bit of maintenance. Room A was really nice. Avoid room C, the water tank is on the roof, over this room and the noise can be a real issue during night time. Rooms were mostly clean, although some improvement can be done. Wifi was available just 1 of 3 days (needed maybe at night to listen to some music or watch a movie). The pool was great, but also in need of some mold cleaning (water was clean). The access to the beach is comfortable and just a few steps away. The neighborhood seems to be safe, there's a really good bakery, im front of Gonzalez Mini Market. Anyways, thank you James and staff! Hope to see you guys soon again.

Once again I loved my stay. A fun place, right on a lovely beach with my kind of rustic living. The resort is lovely though simple. My favorite place in western Puerto Rico. Think rustic and you will love it.

A nice stay
We stayed for a quiet week at Yukeyeke. It was in the quite town of Anasco. It was necessary to have a car. The hotel was very empty when we were there. The pool and beach were beautiful. James, the hotel manager, was easily accessible by text. He answered all questions and met with us to give us ideas of things to do and see. I feel this hotel is for those that are pretty relaxed with travel. There were a loft of small lizards outside that ran when you approached them. At might you could hear the frogs croaking and the ocean waves. I really enjoyed this hotel because I felt I had a more real exposure to the real Puerto Rico .

The worst stay ever
It's not worth $100 per night. How can they says they are 2 and half star Resort. The office gets off at 5pm so no one answers you till 10am tomorrow. no wifi at all. In the room, bugs on the wall. no sheets under the blanket. blanket looks very dirty.Before sleeping, I found out the full of mold in the pillows. not just a little. it's a lot so I couldn't sleep on it. too disgusting to stay. I hope my review that people know how bad this hotel is. No one will stay here and ruin your vacation like me.
We are very sorry you had a bad experience here. We strive to give our guests the best experience at the very best price. There must have been some mistake with the room as we thouroughly clean each room before a guest arrives and we fumigate for bugs weekly. I hope you will give us a second chance to prove to you that Yukayeke Playa Resort offers the most amenities in this price range that you will find in this area. Thank you for your input.

Great value for money
Proximity to beach was wonderful. Facility is fantastic, but needs maintenance. Because of nearby river, water was not clear for snorkeling or SCUBA diving. Staff was very friendly and accommodating making accurate recommendations for local restaurants and beaches.

El sitio es bellísimo. La piscina espectacular. La habitacion muy amplia y con cocina (nevera, gabinetes, estufa, fregadero y microondas). Lo único q hace falta es un closet.
