The showers and bathrooms are in a separate building from the room but each room had its own full bath suite, which is nice. The new restaurant is an excellent option. The staff is very friendly.
This place is really special. It’s for the adventurous. The lake is stunning and the facilities are beautiful. Staff was excellent. We had such a good time here and felt well taken care of. I could come back here for a week just to read!!
We stayed one night while on our way to McCarthy. The area offered beautiful surroundings, a calm lake to paddle around on and area to hike around the lake. The rooms were very nicely decorated but no running water in the room. The restroom and shower cabin was a shared building but each bathroom had a private assigned stall. This was an interesting rustic concept but for a longer stay this would not be a good option for me. Not a deal breaker but just a FYI. They did provide a nice breakfast box in the morning as part of the experience.
We really enjoyed our stay at this spectacular location. The staff was extremely friendly down to the last person. Clearly the owners take great pride in their property. We loved having a fire outside and on in the great room when it started raining. Everything was like new, recently remodeled and clean.
Note, there is no onsite restaurant and breakfast was a extraordinary box left at our doorstep. Also of note, the cabins do not have running water but the common bath house was very luxurious.
Very clean and quiet place to stay. Sauna with jump in the lake right after an adorable breakfast set up was truly memorable for me. I would book again if I returned to the area!
The whole experience was amazing from check in to check out! Very friendly staff members and great layout. Perfect place to get away and connect with nature. Will definitely return
We had a beautiful room overlooking the lake,I didn’t like that you had to walk to the bathroom because it was separate but once I went there it was beautiful, clean and like being at a spa . Thank you for the wonderful stay . Lovely place

This property calls itself a resort, which is very misleading. This is a camp like venue there is one restroom/ shower house for the entire camp. No sink or restroom in the rooms. The rooms are very small, not much bigger than a jail cell the beds are homemade 2x8 construction although the mattres was of good quality. The breakfast was also good. There was no furnishing on the balconey, and the only furnishing inthe room other than beds was a single chair like a kitchen table chair. The room i was in did not have the advertised ceiling fan
I visited with other guests and they seemed similarly disappointed and seemed to be cutting their stays short
We absolutely loved everything! We were running late and Stephen waited for us and greeted us with such friendliness..... The place is stunning! Did not expect such beauty and privacy either, we were at all when we got settled in and taken a walk. We hated that we had to leave so early and couldnt enjoy the lake.... but wiill differently come back.
