"Brilliant stay at the Kimpton. Staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is conveniently located by KAFD metro station and there is a Spinney’s supermarket metres away too. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh for the first time."

"The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious but like others have said, the bathroom just floods with water. The property could have better condition with a lot of wear and tear. My washer dryer didn’t work so they would take my clothes to a different room and wash them and bring them back. There are pots and pans but no utensils to cook with or washing up soap, so I had to purchase that. They clean the room if you ask them, there is a very bad drainage smell and the drain is right next to the kitchen surface you smell that when cooking. Also I really wanted to use the sauna but this didn’t work I was told. By the looks of things it hasn’t worked for a while. Just the steamer worked. The air conditioning in the gym didn’t work that well either, so it was very hot in there. Also there is a huge amount of construction going on and the majority of it tended to happen at night right outside my window. Overall a good place, but these little things all add up and are take away from the overall experience"

"Room had worn carpet and outside noise from very busy traffic even though room was at top of hotel . Reception girl when booking in was very nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent with an extensive range of options . Biggest negative was that , even though close to KAFD and the Metro train , you cant walk there and you have to use Uber/taxi/drive and obviously the same when returning to hotel from day out , so even though uber fares were cheap enough , visitors must factor this into their trip . "

"The hotel is very clean and truly amazing. One of the best lobbies I’ve seen, with excellent facilities that really stand out. Overall, the common areas are impressive and well maintained. The only downside was that the room felt a bit used and could benefit from some updates. Still, a great stay overall."
