"Apartment was clean, bright and lovely to stay in for 8 nights. The owner is great and helped us a lot. The room gets cleaned every day, we got fresh towels, coffee pods, shower gel. It’s 10 min walk to the beach, which was great. There’s a few restaurants and cafes close by. There’s no public transport or taxis local, one bus that’s irregularly runs, so best to rent a car and get around. "

"Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do.
They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information, unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel.
Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket,...
