“Stayed here for one night and was very impressed. Johan was the front desk guy/manager and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony offered a spectacular view of the river and mountains. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. I would absolutely recommend La Cas Verde!”

“Great stay! Stayed 6 nights and Hernan fed us a traditional Ecuadorian breakfast every morning and gave useful and meaningful suggestions for where to go and what to see each day. Thoroughly enjoyed "Tenderness" by Oswald Guayasamin and eating at "La Vid". Hernan made the reservation and got us a table that looked out across Independence Square at the Cathedral. “This beautiful place is right in town (across from the bus station) on a quiet street and easy walk to main street and all its offerings. We stayed in the apartment style room, very clean, spacious and everything for stay in cooking or just making coffee and sitting on the little patio. Ronny the owner took great care of us, cooked a yummy breakfast with a choice to have delivered to your room or on the upstairs patio. Did all our laundry for a great price. I would stay here again if visiting...

“The electrical outlets are old so it is hard to charge devices , it is very clean and has antique charm they made us feel safe . There is more than 2 floors and this affected us getting the room needed because I was not able to climb stairs the water had great pressure but hardly was hot at all ”

At the end of my trip. they took me to the Old Quito Aeroport to catch the bus to the New Aeroport and charged me a very reasonable price. “일단 호텔을 찾는 것부터가 어려움. 공항에서 택시 불러주는 회사 사람들도 이 호텔을 못 찾아서 한참동안 같이 고생했음. 현지 사람들도 여기를 못 찾겠다고 지도를 보내달라고 다들 요구함. 매리어트랑 연결되어 있는데 매리어트 건물에 가려서 이 호텔이 뒷쪽에 있다는 것도 잘 모름. 호텔 팻말도 없음. 화장실 세안대에서 녹물이 나옴. 아무리 오래 틀어도 확연히 노란색에 쇠냄새가 물씬 나는 물만 나와서 세수하고 양치하는데 곤욕이었음. 세면대 물도 잘 안 내려감. 호텔스 닷컴에 단순시 '아침식사 포함' 이라고만 나와서 일반적인 다른 호텔들처럼 부페식인 줄 알았는데, 매리어트랑 연결된 복도 소재의 카페에서 손바닥 반만한 빵 세 조각 + 과일 4종류 두어조각 + 주스 한 잔 + 커피 한 잔 + 오트밀 요구르트 1개가 나옴. 계란 한 조각 안 줌. 식단에 단백질이 아무 것도 없음. 게다가 결정적인건 호텔 여기저기 둘러봐도 영어로 쓰여진 안내 팻말이 단 하나도 없음. 아침식사 장소 찾느라 20여분간...
