The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌”

“바뇨스 전망을 내려다보기에 굉장히 좋은 곳! 올라가기에 높은 곳이지만 하루정도 숙박해보기를 추천합니다 통으로 열리는 통유리창이 뻥뚫린 전망을 제공하고 아침에는 일출과 맑은 화산 전망이 파노라마로 펼쳐지는 아름다운 곳입니다. 자쿠지가 있어서 커플로 오기에 아주 좋고 샤워실이 약간 투명한 부분이 있어 주의할 필요 있습니다. 약간 추울수 있으니 따뜻한 옷 입고오세요~”

“The free roaming llamas, alpacas and kittens, and meeting the ponies and birds was wonderful. The English speaking marketing manager was very helpful. In booking trips for us! We will be back to stay another night tomorrow. ”

“Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!”
