The first room I was assigned had a ripped and torn chair. Stains on the carpet and missing conditioner and bath soap containers next to the shampoo....glue was there though! I requested a move when I came back to a note on the door saying the water would be off for five hours.

I had never been to this hotel. The staff was so understanding, guiding me through any area I needed help with. The food was excellent. Everything I needed was in one spot, the directions for different areas were clear and frequent with the signage above. I attended the WNBA game and there were wonderful food vendors and wherever I went, there were people there to help. I will definitely come back and I had the best Chicken Parmesan I have ever had. One of the best experiences of my life!
