"I’ve stayed there for several years when I come into town from Northern Kentucky always good rates always nice and clean rooms. The only thing was this trip. I had to request my room to be cleaned. I had first initiated two days stay then I had already prearranged four days and then added two more days to my stay room service could’ve been a little bit more attentive to room needs, but always a very good stay very good location."

"I was really looking forward to this weekend and my check in was going great until I needed my son’s credit card so I stepped aside until he arrived. When he did, I walked to the same lady checking me in and she told me I had to stand in line again. I found that pretty rude since I had already gone through the line and process of checking in. There was another host there who heard me tell my son what happened and he graciously gave me complimentary points and tickets for the lounge. I thought that was nice of him. Coming from years of customer service, I would never ask someone to stand in a line again. I would ask them politely to stand to the side and would help them once they were ready. Towels were empty when we arrived at the pool and other than that, we enjoyed our time there."

"This was my first stay at Days Inn (Duarte). Checking in the woman was very courteous and helpful. The surroundings were safe and bright. Parking was very easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. Not to mention the price was very reasonable."

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this property! The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and beautifully taken care of. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and added to the overall experience. Maria at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful and made my check-in process quick and easy. I also needed to extend my stay for an additional night, and she took care of everything for me without any hassle. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay at this property again when I’m back in the area. Highly recommended!"
