"This is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, and the location is quite convenient to the area. The pool is a nice place to unwind, the breakfast is generous, and we enjoyed the popcorn and lemonade on the weekend. We would stay here again. Our complaints were minor. Our room had climate control, but it strangely always stayed damp, even with the cool air (A/C) running the entire time. There was a moistness to the air, which we could not seem to get rid of, and our wet clothes never dried. Obviously, only a problem in the humid months of summer."

"Hotel is clean and offers the necessities. Rooms on the smaller side but worked well for me. Some very inconsiderate guys were outside past 9pm, blaring their music and peeing in the parking lot. Staff got onto them and they packed up and moved to another side of the building. Very inconsiderate of them but staff handled it well. I didn't see hot foods for breakfast but they had the other standard stuff. I would stay again."

"I stayed for two nights while moving my daughter into Virginia Tech for her first year. The hotel’s location in the heart of campus was incredibly convenient, especially for getting around and gathering all the information and essentials we needed. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"

"Pool out of service. I had ants in my room. Not a big deal. My key card kept expiring. Not sure why. But comfy bed, pillows, no noise. Would stay again"

"My room was clean. The new owner and staff very helpful. They have been upgrading. Bed was comfortable and new. Fridge, mini mr coffee coffee maker, and microwave in my room#6 all new and working great. The large TV will put my home tv to shame. Would definitely stay there again."
