Pour une visite agréable d'Angers
L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein cœur de ville, pas trop loin de la gare et du château. Tout y est correct. le check in a été très rapide et trés sympathique. Le verre en verre dans la salle de bain est appréciable pour l'écologie. La salle de petit déjeuner est très agréable. Il manque juste le plateau de courtoisie qui est si commun à l'étranger.

Excellent location, friendly kind staff. The room was ok. The bed was decent, but nothing special. Only 2 pillows for 2 people. The stairs up to our room were extremely narrow.

Great location right in the center, but without noise issues. Our room overlooked Place du Ralliement. Good cafes right outside. Staff was very helpful with out bikes as well.

Excellente situation
Excellent séjour, hôtel très bien situé pour découvrir à pied la ville d'Angers. Chambre correcte. Bar à fuir (peu de choix et prix prohibitifs) Personnel très aimable à la réception.

Hébergement bénéficiant d’une localisation idéale pour visiter Angers et son centre ville, château, etc. Petit-déjeuner très complet. Vu les tarifs présentés pour la nuitée, je m’attendais à une meilleure chambre. Des tâches (propres sans doute) sur les dessus de lit des deux lits ne donnent pas bonne impression.

Some of the friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff we've met. The hotel is on the main square but was still quiet. Lots of dining/shopping options. They looked after our touring bicycles during our stay.

Stayed 1 night with my family of 4 at this hotel, located in the corner of a very lively plaza, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and clothing stores. No need to drive in this city because everything is walking distance. Just bear in mind the city has hills, so you’ll find yourself walking uphill or downhill with every turn you take. Pros: - 10 minute walk from train station; - 10 minute walk from the castle d’Angers; - 5-10 minute walk to the nearest little market that is open past 8pm; - Family room is spacious, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. - Breakfast is only around 11euro (we unfortunately did not wake up on time to partake in breakfast). But after looking around for cheaper breakfast options, we couldn’t find anything unless you’re interested in some baked goods or crepes; - The room has AC!! This is luxury in Europe. - Free baggage storage during the day after 11am check-out. Shoutout to the staff working at this hotel - they are all amazing. Having travelled the world, I can say with certainty that I was completely amazed with the excellent customer service and kindness from staff at the front desk. Customer service is multilingual, welcoming and top notch quallity. The only minor con during our stay was not being able to find the patio the hotel advertises. But simply asking the front desk would have fixed this. I highly recommend this place to all locals and travellers! Cheers from Canada!

Nice hotel in heart of Angers
Small, nice hotel with a great location in the heart of Angers. Staff was very friendly and rooms clean. Could use an update; such as adding A/C in the rooms. Nights could be a bit unpleasant with the warm air and thin walls. All in all, good value for money.

VOLENT vos effets personnels ATTENTION
Méfiez vous, ne laissez rien de valeur dans vos chambres. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mon mari, il a oublié un sachet de CBD dans la salle de bain. J'ai appelé la réception pour leur demander de le mettre de côté, on m'a dit que ce serait fait. Quand mon mari est arrivé 15m' après, la femme de ménage n'a pas voulu lui rendre ! Sous prétexte qu'elle l'aurait jeté car il s’agirait d’un produit illicite… une preuve qu’elle l’a jeté ? Et à quel moment on jette nos affaires pendant notre absence ? Est-elle femme de ménage ou procureur ? Qu’elle redescende à sa place. Peut-être n'est-elle pas assez bien payée pour voler 1 gramme ! J'ai ensuite eu affaire à un « responsable » du même niveau intellectuel qu’elle… qui m'a dit que c'était un produit illicite... et qu'en est-il de la légalité du vol ? C'est pénalement répréhensible. Nous nous sommes absentés à 9h pour un rdv professionnel, entre temps la femme de ménage s'est introduit dans la chambre et nous a volés. Aujourd'hui c'est un sachet de CBD, demain ce sera de l'argent, une montre... et ce sera cautionné par le « responsable », qui est complice !
