The hotel is located in a great location with close proximity to the best restaurants and cafes. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very satisfied with everything.

The location was great and was just in one of the best streets in Ankara with plenty of restaurants. Internet was very poor and disaster. The refrigerator was not cool inside and didn’t work unless I told reception two times and they didn’t do anything. The bath room was very small because of it’s terrible design.

The hotel is not so new but it’s clean and ok. The location is good. The breakfast is not so good but ok for one day. The internet connection is also not perfect but you can live with it for a short stay. Overall it’s a good hotel for a short time stay with reasonable price.

Good and clean hotel
In terms of location is good..15 minutes enjoying walking and you are in Kizilay down town. Very clean and quiet hotel.. Should I have an observation then it's with the breakfast & Tv.. Less meal variety and same everday.. While the tv is very small and only countable turkish speaking channels

There is no lobby any more, a restaurant is installed to that place instead which brings all the cooking smell into the rooms. The restaurant is a little expensive but it is handy to have food in the hotel.

Ankara, Çankaya'da Tunalı Hilmi Caddesi'ne 50 m lokasyonu ile güzel bir otel. Son dönemde fiyatları biraz pahallandı ama yeri itibari ile tercih edilesi bir otel. Oda genişliği iyi, kahvaltısı fena değil fakat geç inmeyin bitiyor.

Bir daha konaklamayacağım
Temizlik ve konumundan memnun kaldım ancak otelin hizmet kalitesi hakkında aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Sabah 05.45 te uyandırma servisi ile telefonla uyandirildık sebebini sorunca arıza olduğunu ve önüne geçemediklerini söylediler.Düzeltemeyeceklerini söyledikleri için bir daha konaklamayacağım.

oldukça başarılı
Otelin konumu harika. Etrafında bir çok 3. nesil cafe ve bar mevcut ve buna ragmen oldukça sessiz bir tesis. Kuğulu civarına yürüyerek 15 gibi bir zamanda ulaşabilirsiniz, yine Tunalı'da güzel zaman geçirebileceğiniz pek çok işletmeye oldukça yakın.

Останавливался на одну ночь с семьей. Дополнительная кровать была уже в номер. Номер двухкомнатный с ванной. Все чисто. Есть небольшие косяки в ванной комнате. Приветливый персонал. Завтрак обычный, вполне сытный

Olumlu yönleri; Odalar temiz, yatak konforlu, covid19 konusunda alınan tedbirler güzel... Olumsuz yönleri; İlk olarak Hotels.com üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonumu bulamadılar, aracımı bırakıp işim nedeniyle çıkmak zorunda kaldım, döndüğümde de 15-20dk’lık bir bekleyiş sonrası çözüldü durum. İkinci olarakta oteli otoparklı olduğu için tercih etmiştim, otelin önüne park edip anahtarı teslim etmiştim, lüks araçlar gelince aracımı alıp yol kenarına park etmişler, gece yol kenarında kalmış araç, böyle olacağını bilseydim daha önce kaldığım başka oteli tercih ederdim...

Merhabalar Sayın Hilal, Öncelikle kıymetli yorum ve değerlendirmeniz için teşekkür ederiz, bu sağlık açısından zor dönemde Covid önlemleri ve hijyen konusunda otelimizi beğenmiş olmanız bizi son derece memnun etti , rezervasyonunuz online sistemsel bir hatadan bize düşmemiş , fakat kameralardan incelemem doğrultusunda toplam 5 dk 32 saniye içerisinde sorununuzu çözdüğümüzü görmekteyim,otopark ile ilgili olarak kesinlikle lüks & eski araç ayrımı yapılmamaktadır.
