I didn't like that there was a strong smell of cigarettes and the room smelled strongly of cleaning spray, I slept with the window open. Good spa, friendly staff. But for that night that I paid for, I think maybe I would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

The front desk staff didn’t speak English and i had trouble communicating. The hotel manager promised me several times and no action was done to solve my problem. Very disappointed on their services and promised solutions. I was also a platinum member and no efforts were done to welcome us.

Ekim 2025 de eşim ve iki çocuğum ile konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel son derece temizdi, kahvaltı menüsü beklediğimizden de zengindi ve tüm ürünler tazeydi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Tekrar geldiğimizde yine burada kalmayı düşünürüz.
