The room was lovely, clean, good size, perfect location with parking close by. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. I would stay here again and highly recommend, was good value.

We loved this Hotel. It’s a little quirky as it was a very old building so narrow halls with different sized ceilings and spiral staircases. But we loved it as it was close to everything and the rooms were spotless and well maintained, the ceilings high in the rooms and the staff was amazing. 5 star hospitality for a lovely and interesting 3 star hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and that's a lot!) The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a lovely bed! Quiet and well set out and the breakfast was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and the restaurant around the corner, Rive Gauche is excellent too with friendly helpful staff.

Parking is at a neighbor hotel/public lot. Narrow spaces and narrow entry. Only option if driving. Staff, hotel and location is excellent. Park once and walk to everything.

Easy check in and our room was as shown on the website. After two other hotel fails in Annecy we were happy with the location and cleanliness. Unfortunately it was an unusually hot day. When we checked in th room was warm and AC was turned off. Once we turned it on it took awhile for the room to cool us down. We went out and when we came back the AC was off and wouldn’t come back on. I went down and was told it was turned off at the main switch because it was using too much. It was turned back on we set it for the night on a reasonable temperature (not cold) and woke up at 1 am to a hot stuffy room and it wouldn’t come back on. We had to open the window which wasn’t a problem except for their being massive cobwebs around the outside. I had a bit of a cold and have asthma so this was not ideal. At check out they didn’t seem concerned just a sorry. Also note, on the 3rd floor there are two and three stairs to navigate at different spots in the long and winding corridor if your room is at the end.
