Small clean room in a great location. We had an attic style room and we are both tall, so needed to watch our heads. Other than that, great place for a couple of nights in Annecy.

We got the last available room, on the fifth floor, which required carrying luggage up a narrow spiral staircase (the elevator stops at fourth floor). The room was clean. The shower was actually a bathtub with a hand held sprayer (no enclosure nor shower curtain, probably due to the low sloped ceiling over the tub). This required sitting or kneeling in the tub in order to shower, and bring careful with overspray. Location was excellent- close to restaurants, shops, attractions, in middle of old city. Staff was courteous and helpful. Navigating in Annecy, and especially in this part of the city, was very challenging. Parking garage is a short walk away.

The room was lovely, clean, good size, perfect location with parking close by. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. I would stay here again and highly recommend, was good value.

There were no face wash cloths, no shampoo, or bath soap. The shower door did no close all the way causing water to flood the bathroom floor. The room carpet was flirthy, should not have light color carpet if not kept clean. The hallway had dark grey color carpet which hide the stains. The first morning there was no hot water to shower causing scheduling issues. Could not call the front desk from the room as the in room phone would only call the operator or emergency. Had to call the hotel from my cellphone to ask why there was no hot water. But the staff was very friendly, even offered us coffee in the morning/

We loved this Hotel. It’s a little quirky as it was a very old building so narrow halls with different sized ceilings and spiral staircases. But we loved it as it was close to everything and the rooms were spotless and well maintained, the ceilings high in the rooms and the staff was amazing. 5 star hospitality for a lovely and interesting 3 star hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and that's a lot!) The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a lovely bed! Quiet and well set out and the breakfast was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and the restaurant around the corner, Rive Gauche is excellent too with friendly helpful staff.
