Exceptional apartments

Exceptionally lovely, well appointed apartment. Light and spacious and really comfortable stay here with the family. Didn’t want to leave! Loved the quiet location and views.

Great stay!!

The place is beautiful. The apartment was really confortable. We were party of 4, and really enjoyed the space of the room. My only comment would be to have a small store for things like salt o oil, to be able to cook on the kitchenette. Other than that, the stay was awesome

Don’t book if you do t have a car.Great if you do!

Cannot fault the apartment although we only 1 cup and they could be more generous with the tea and coffee. This is not accomodation for people without cars.no cabs and the station too far. The bus service is good but you have no idea where it is as no communication/maps given

Management could be more available

Firstly, you need a car,no shops nearby, the bus doesn't run on a sunday Don't lose your key as the manager doesn't answer the phone Rang at 15:00; and no one could come out until 17.30.I was a manager of 200 apartments,on 24 hr 7 days a week I came out to guests at midnight and waited 2hrs for either the police or locksmith to arrive Therefore I was not content with this service. The agent who met me was polite and thorough. The agent who came out was polite and friendly The apt:the kitchen cupboards were high and difficult to reachķ the plates.Excellent shower and bathroom.

Hôtel très calme, très bien équipé, la chambre studio est grande avec une belle terrasse à 15 minutes en voiture du centre d'Annecy.

이번 여행에서 이 호텔을 이용하며 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 먼저, 체크인과 관련된 부분이 불편했습니다. 체크인 시간을 미리 물어보는 것은 이해하지만, 여행 중에는 일정이 예상보다 늦어질 수도 있는 법인데, 호텔 측에서 정해진 시간에 맞춰 오도록 재촉하는 느낌이 강했습니다. 여행객의 유동적인 일정에 대한 배려가 부족하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 또한, 숙소 내부에 상주하는 직원이 없어 불편한 점이 많았습니다. 기본적인 문의나 문제가 발생했을 때 바로 도움을 받을 수 있는 시스템이 아니어서 다소 불안하게 느껴졌습니다. 예를 들어, 싱크대 하부의 쓰레기통 부분이 고장 나 있었는데, 이를 호텔 측에 알리고 수리하고 싶어도 대응해 줄 직원이 없어서 해결할 수가 없었습니다. 이와 관련해서인지 보증금 150유로 중 100유로만 환불되었습니다. 시설이 고장 난 부분을 원래부터 알고 있었음에도 불구하고, 그에 대한 설명이나 사전 안내 없이 일방적으로 보증금에서 공제된 점이 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 이에 대해 메시지로 문의를 보냈지만, 호텔 측에서는 전혀 답변을 주지 않았습니다. 위치는 차량이 없으면 오기 힘든 곳이고, 시설 자체는 나쁘지 않았지만, 고객 응대와 서비스 면에서는 개선이 필요하다고 느꼈습니다. 기본적인 의사소통과 문제 해결이 원활하게 이루어지지 않는다면, 다시 방문하기는 어려울 것 같습니다.

残念な事がたくさんありました。

お部屋も可愛くて、景色もとてもよかったです。 部屋には設備(冷蔵庫やポットなど)もなくて、不便でした。朝食付きのプランだったようですが、チェックインの時に何も説明がなくて、知らずに朝食を取らなかった事はとても残念でした。 犬同伴可能なホテルで、犬の宿泊料金も請求されましたが、犬用の水入れやクッションなど何も用意はありませんでした。後、トイレとお風呂が一緒になっていたのですが、換気が悪いせいか悪臭が漂っていて不快でした。サウナ16時〜21時　 ジャグジー9時から21時　 サウナに入りたくてこのホテルを予約しましたが、 予約時にこの使用時間を知らなかったのででしたのでサウナは使用できず、ジャグジーも朝出かける前に10分のみの利用しかできませんでした。どこも出かけずに、このホテルにいる人以外は不便なホテルだと感じました。

Jättefina och moderna lägenheter. Mycket trevligt bemötande och lugn och fin atmosfär. En bit utanför Annecy, men med bil så är det inga problem. Bussar går också till och från stan.
