Not that Zen! Staff training required!

Group of friends staying over for a 3 days seminar in town, we chose this residence for its location and mix of inventory in apartments. The studios are of a good set up. The bathroom and shower is spacious. The mattresses and linen of good quality. The kitchenette is well equipped and allows one to cook with all equipment provided. You can also order food and drinks at the reception. The set up of 14 series is a bit awkward for a twin with a wall separation, Not the best for a couple but ok for friends. Unfortunately the receptionist was not able to do a room change as the hotel was full. The hotel has no AC and the room was extremely hot. We got to know from other friends staying with our group that we could borrow fans with a 20 euro deposit for each piece. The residence welcomes short and long term residents. It kind be very noisy with some neighbors especially during weekends. Try to avoid rooms facing the outdoor car park. Overall the stay was not bad. Unfortunately I had a very bad interaction with the check out receptionist, Despite the fact that I had informed the hotel of a change in one of my booking. I was overcharged. When I tried to discuss with the employee, she was very stubborn, unpolite and unprofessional with me and did not solve the issue. Staff is overall not well trained and unprofessional. understand that Horeca in France is going through challenges but there is no reason that the customer being treated this way. Unacceptable. Will not return.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten ein eher ungewöhnliches Appartement mit zwei schmalen, durchgehenden Räumen. Alles war ordentlich, die Betten bequem und für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend – kein Luxus, aber solide. Besonders positiv: die großzügige Tiefgarage mit sehr gutem Platz für die Motorräder. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit Auto und E-Bikes angereist und wählten bewusst das etwas außerhalb von der Altstadt gelegene Hotel. Mit den E-Bikes waren wir in kurzer Zeit in der Altstadt und am See. Als Zwischenstation auf dem Weg in den Süden für 2 Tage sehr zu empfehlen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Einziges Manko war die stinkende Dusche. Den Abfluss musste man abdecken.

Nous avons passé une nuit seulement dans cet appart hôtel sur les hauteurs d'Annecy. Le lieu est calme, un parking extérieur fermé est proposé moyennant 3 euros. La ville d'Annecy est très proche. Pas de clim. Chien accepté. Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais copieux.

Rummeligt og trygt

Selve lejligheden var stor og rummelig. Man kunne godt se sydvest havde nogle år på bagen og både jeg og min kone blev sendt tilbage på kollegieværelset. Når det er sagt manglede der ikke noget for selve lejligheden. Kom dog bag på os arvede var så langt ned til byen og at vi måtte tage bilen derned

Pas de climatisation dans cette etablissement qui se targue d´un 3 etoile en plei e canicule...malgré la mise a disposition d´un ventilateur...pas bien vu l´annonce sinon jamais de la vie je pense un hebergement sans climatisation!!!! Et petit dejeuner sans plus avec des mouches présentes !!

Not a very good experience.

Lousy place. No aircondition, had to leave 90 euros in cash to have some fans in the room. Dirty floors in the kitchen. Almost no toilet paper. Receptionists were not very interested in our wellbeing, very impersonal. Maybe this works in April and September/oktober. Expensive breakfast that we declined. Far from the city center as well. Better to use some more money to stay in the center and actually have a nice stay. Didn’t feel quite safe either with lots of people probably having long term stays, drinking etc.

Bonjour, en global très bien. Chambre est tres propre, bien rangée avec super lit. Le staff est très sympa, accueillant, a l’écoute. Seul dommage- pas de climatisation, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Sinon un très bon séjour. Dommage que le parking est payant mais c’était a cote Merci. Cordialement, Didier.
