This hotel was very easy to get to from the tram, and is very close to the Mall (MarkAntalya), the main bazaar/shopping area, Kaleici and lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops. There is no breakfast, but there are plenty of options out on the street. The WiFi was okay, and my room was simple and small, but comfortable!

Beds and towels were dirty. The bed and pillow was terrible. There was a lot of music sound in the room. The room was non smoking but there was an ash tray. Overall just a bad experience. It was cheap we just expect a clean room.

Very good experience

We are very happy with the quality of the hotel, the room was nice and there was enough space for 3 people. The price is cheap, as it is well located The host were very nice and managed to call taxis for us even late at night

Nice staff, Yunus is a nice guy and speaks good english. Good central location. The room is VERY basic with a hard bed, but the bathroom is NOT good. Toilet is very dirty inside and needs a good clean. There is also a bad smell in the bathroom. However shower is very hot and good pressure. This hotel is ok for 1 or 2 nights.

This will be the last time to stay in this place . Unfortunately, they have a big problem in dealing with tourists, starting from the owner to the receptionist, and this is very clear from their completely unacceptable way of responding to the residents' comments. I don‘t recommend it to anyone.

I do not recommend to anyone. Worst place I've ever stayed in my life. Even the way to deal was the worst possible starting from the owner to the receptionist. I can't believe how they are dealing with the tourist like this. And the most difficult thing is how do they deal with a woman in this way!!

I will not stay In that place later and I do not recommend it to anyone at all.I Although it says 24/7 front desk, but on the day of travel, when we went down and disturbed the receptionist who was sleeping , I was surprised by him raising his voice, waving his hand, and speaking angrily in Turkish, knowing that we do not understand Turkish.I can not believe how they dealing with tourists this way!!!

There is No elevator. At the room there are NO refrigerator, NO kettle and NO microwave . there is also NO breakfast, while I later discovered that there are hotels with almost the same price and they have all of that. What is more difficult is that there is no credibility, not even good dealings with the guests, because they mention that it is 24/7 front desk, but this does not exist in reality, as you find the receptionist sleeping at night, and when i disturbed him to ask for something, Surprised by him dealing nervously and loudly and waving his hand.it is UNBELIEVABLE.

Unpleasant stay

On the time of booking, I've asked for a comfortable room and they have booked me to an small room on the 4th floor without elevator. It was the most unpleasant stay as when I arrived after a long flights and there were no water to get washed or take shower. The receptionist were unable to communicate in English and had to call the unpleasant and undermining manager and he said there is a problem in the area. I've checked around 8 hotels in the area and all had water even there was the water in the ground floor but this arrogant man didn't accept the reality. Many things that was advertised was not available, such as 1 no English speaking receptionist, 2 no electrical kettel, no water and even didnt have manner and understanding to provide water bottles, very smelly room, no English channels, no shower hook, and above all very arrogant manager. I wanted to stay for one week but i moved out as there are many nice hotels around and even with better facilities and cheaper

We had ordered a standard double-room with a double-bed and when we entered the room it smelled very heavily of cigaret smoke and I went to the owner and told him this. He immediately gave us the key for another room until we eventually would get a whole new room. We got a new room the next day exactly as we had ordered and it had a balcony with a great view. The condition of the hotel rooms is not the best, but not the worst either. The furniture and curtains are very old and the bath-tub was of old and not so good quality. But as I said, it wasn't the worst and for a person like me who spends most of the day outside the hotel, it was okay and matched the price. The sound-isolation wasn't the best as we could hear almost everything that went on in the hall. I would say that the service was on top both from the owner and his elder son whom both where very kind and cooperative at all time and for all of requests. Because of their good attitude and helpful attitude, I recommend this hotel. Thanks for everything!

Kalecinin merkezinden güzel temiz bir otel . Tabiki biraz eski ama bizim verdiğimiz ücreti karşıladı. Sıcak suyu vardı ,odalar tertemizdi . Tek problem klima motorunun sesi ve yatağın gıcırdamasaydı ama çok takmadık biz bunları çünkü o fiyata öyle temiz oda bulmak nerdeyse imkansız ve karşılama çok güler yüzlüydü. Bizim 2. Gidisimiz genelde 1 gece için gidiyoruz sanırım artık sürekli bu otelde kalacağız çünkü güvenilir bı otel , teşekkürler herşey için .

Otelden beklentiniz sadece uyumak ise konumu mükemmel. Bu amaçla ara sıra kullanıyorum. Fakat bunun dışında bir beklentiye girmeyin. Çarşaflar yıkanıyor ama eski, odada sigara kokusu var, banyo çok eski, belli bir saate kadar dışarıdan müzik sesi, otelin içinden de tesisat ve mobilya çekiştirme sesi geliyor.
