From the beginning this was a bad experience we got to the hotel to find that they had overbooked and were unable to give us the 3 double rooms we paid for. Instead they lumped us in a family bedroom, with 2 bedrooms and only one tiny bathroom and only one wardrobe in one of the rooms. We were a group of 5 grown women who had to live out of suitcases and share one bathroom. When we requested to be moved they said we will try but for three days we cant do anything. We asked again after the 3 days and they said we cant make any promises and then never came back to us.
The air conditioning in one room was so loud we couldn't sleep we called to reception and asked for it to be fixed nothing was done so we returned a day later and asked again and they then sent someone to fix it. The engineer then told us this is the way it is and it cant be fixed.
We booked an all inclusive package but that was questioned because apparently we had booked bed and breakfast only after showing our reservation paper work (that we luckily printed) did they give us all inclusive wristbands. Although i am not sure why we argued for it because the food was terrible, the hot food was usually cold and we were served the same food nearly every day. Options were spaghetti, nuggets, salad, chips, rice and watermelon.
The room cleanliness was terrible the rooms were "cleaned" every other day however their version of clean was to not brush the floor but just make the beds.
