Bonjour Monsieur, Nous n'utilisons pas de matelas en mousse dans notre établissement. Je suis vraiment navré que le repas n'était pas à votre gout. Nos chambres sont toutes équipées de climatisations réversibles. N'hésitez pas à demander l'assistance de nos réceptionnistes pour mettre le mode chauffage lors de votre prochain séjour.

Notre politique tarifaire s'aligne aux autres hôtels de standing (4 étoles) et est maintenue depuis 2014. Le transfert aéroport est gratuit, le petit déjeuner en buffet inclus et l'accès au Spa (jauzzi, sauna, hammam, salle de sport & piscine extérieure chauffée) est gratuit.
