"Expedia asks me about the quality of the breakfast. They even sent a notification specifically about the breakfast. But according to the people at the hotel we booked without breakfast. Looking at the booking in the Expedia app it is not clear. But there is the AI assistant! Oh, that also does not know."

"I stayed in a”accessible” room that was NOT safe!!
The floorboards were warped and raised causing me to fall.
The bathroom roll-in shower was not safe.
The ENTIRE bathroom floor was puddled with the use of the shower. The toilet did not flush properly. The handicap railing was loose. The shower bench was not secure to the wall.
THERE WERE ROACHES coming in from the huge gap under the doorway.
WEATHER STRIPPING IS DEFINITELY NEEDED!
This is the 4th Motel6 I’ve been to, in such poor condition.
I should have reported my fall to the front desk.
I’ll be seeing my doctor when I return home.
