After a 4 hour drive pulled up to hotel to check in, got keys walked into our room and it was filthy. Dirty towels hanging on shower rod piled up on the bathroom floor, sink was gross trash was all Over the room and left in trash can. It was clean and cozy. The small heater was helpful to move around. Doors were easy to get in and out of the Apt. Very glad that the instructions were emailed not text.
