El Carmen was amazing. The staff were kid, helpful and accommodating. I was able to check in ealy and leave a little later. They were so kind to make me a little breakfast to go baggie when I had to leave before the breakfast opened. They were just so warm and friendly.

Bueno, ubicacion y desayuno. Malo, en realidad las habitaciones son pequenas y sin ventilacion, demasiado encerradas sin opcion de ventana o A/C, creo que podrian haber hecho un esfuerzo por un mejor diseno. Ademas hay un mueble que para lo pequeno de la habitacion la hace aun mas diminuta. No es totalmente primordial pero nunca hubo ni senal de cable o cualquier plataforma, llegaron a verlo y tampoco supieron que tenia malo. Asi que un dia o dos creo que pasa, pero de alli mejor algo mas comodo.

Good mattress, linens, pillows, towels, toiletries, breakfast, parking, rooftop drinks and view. Definitely should've asked for a fan earlier in the stay, as it made a big difference.

I liked the location of this hotel because it was walking access to the places I wanted to visit in Antigua Guatemala. The Customer Service was excellent, the crew was very helpful and courteous. In my opinion the choices of food offered in their Restaurant need to improve in flavor and quality. Thank you.

Staff was wonderful and helpful in finding day trips and coordinating transportation from Guatemala City airport. They did not speak much if any English, but we did use translate options to communicate. The room was very small and noisy - we were on the main level by the courtyard. the restaurant was very nice on the rooftop with good view of the volcano. food was ok and a bit pricey for what it was. Not many options for GF, DF, meat free.

The staff was eager to serve and helped two non-Spanish speaking tourists to more abundantly enjoy our stay in Antigua. We will always remember the morning desk clerk who bid us adios by sharing her blessings and prayers for us which she had translated to English on her cell phone. A genuine Guatemalan angel!

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoyed your stay with us. We are a hotel within a colonial city so it is not very common for houses to have elevators for the 3 levels of the building, you most likely will found hotels with elevators on the city.

Loved the stay. I booked the smaller individual room but it was very comfortable. The staff was nice and very attentive. Be aware that since it's very quiet, you might want to bring your earplugs if you have a light sleep or difficulties to fall asleep. Overall, it's a beautiful place.

Great place, loved the terrace bar/resteraunt and the courtyard. The staff were freindly and helpful. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise, could hear traffic and other guests in the courtyard all night.

Guatemala family trip
This is a beautiful location a small walk to the center of Antigua and feels very safe. Rooms are big and breakfast is very good. Beds are not the softest BUT the best from most rooms I had in Guatemala. Will return again!!

I loved this hotel. The rooms are simple but full of character. The beds, bedding and towels are fantastic. The public areas are amazing and I’m really going to miss that breakfast.

Stayed in a lot of properties travelling in Antigua and this was by far the best. A little outside of the main town, but just 10-15 mins to the main square and means it quieter. Wonderful bfast on thé terrace with a great view of volcanoes. Room was cleaned every day which was appreciated.

Cozy place to spend the night. In walking distance from the central plaza, the shops, and the restaurants. The view from the terrace while eating breakfast is stunning.

Fint sted med gode værelser og udsigt til Aqua-vulkanen på tagterrassen. Fantastisk morgenmad. God hjælp og service til transport mv. alle super venlige. Tæt på alt og særligt gode restauranter i nærheden.
