Location was great - easy access to the main activities. I spotted a Fuego eruption from right outside my room near the rooftop sitting area! The hotel had a unique charm - pool was gorgeously warm - felt like a spa! Room was huge, with a cute fireplace and balcony. Shower only had cold water the first day but they fixed it by the next morning. Overall wonderful

This hotel has an excellent location, right in front of Capuchinas ruins. Love that it’s not on a busy street, so we had a wonderful night in the most comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is walking distance. Well kept clean rooms. Overall it’s a great option! I would totally recommend it.

The tropical plants and trees were everywhere, even hanging over the heated pool. The heated pool was my favorite. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. It was a very safe environment. I give it a 5/5
