Located in central D'Mall, you need to walk from the road to the hotel. The included breakfast is only 2 options, though you can choose other meals on the Brunch menu and just pay the difference. We also attempted to order a snack of hot chips that was listed on the menu to be told it was not available! The coffee is not great, The eating area bland. It is not a place you would seek to eat at. The pool area is fully exposed to the hot sun with only 2 umbrellas, and sun lounges without cushion, made this pool area uninviting.
The rooms were fine, although the design of the shower over the bath with minimal shower curtain meant the floor was saturated each time you showered.
It was OK, but I wouldn't go back.

The room was amazing. Especially the special request I made to accommodate the surprise anniversary celebration for my girlfriend the staff surpassed me expectations. Thank you for the wonderful stay I will definitely miss it.
