괜찮은 조식
호텔시설이 노후되었긴 하지만 깨끗하고 불편함은 없음 무료주차가 좋았고, 조식이 맛있었음 근처에 auchan이 있어서 편리하고 좋았음 가격대비 효용 굿~~

Good but cold
The room was little cold. I couldn't control room temperature at all. The location is not bad if you have a car. Only 10 minutes of driving brings you to old city center. Except the room temperature, the hotel offers very competitive service as whole.

Hotel is under construction so 8:00-18:00 is very loud plus you cannot watch TV (no receptions) so they should give other extras to guests…

We are often at this hotel. Hotel personal are very helpful and friendly all the time. And one of few hotels in Antwerp area, don’t charge parking and can travel with pet.

Værelset var koldt og vinduerne utætte. Vi rejste som en kroppe af 9 personer og alle oplevede det. Morgenmaden var ok, men hver morgen manglede der bacon eller scramle æg. De var dårlige til at fylde op. Værelserne var slidte og trænger til en renovering. Jeg kommer ikke til at bruge dette hotel igen.

prima ontvangst bij de receptie. Eenmaal op onze kamer bleek er een flinke lekkage te zijn bij het raam waarbij het water naar binnen druppelde. De man achter de receptie heeft direct een nieuwe vergelijkbare kamer geregeld. Dat was super. In vroege ochtend renden er spelende kinderen over de gang. De slaapbank sliep echt niet goed. Slechte matras en klein dekbed. Het ontbijt was echt niet voldoende; twee keer een pan met spek die binnen een minuut leeg was, geen gekookte eieren, geen melk, geen yoghurt schaaltjes. jammer

We are three of us (adult x 1, 2 kids) but not enough towels, sofa bed was not ready and pillows they did not provided until we complained. And bed legs are broken also. I stayed this Novotel so many times but this one first time we got this bad quality.

An Outstanding Service
Our family spent one night only in this Hotel but Novotel Antwerp fully met our expectations. Although the place itself was a little bit outdated, the bed was comfy and the room clean. The highlight of our stay came the following morning when we received the Service from Driss, F&B attendant. His people skills, warm welcoming attitude and overall attention to details were exceptional. Driss, one more time I take this opportunity to express gratitude of our family for making our day with Novotel unforgettable. You are the real asset to that place.

Helpful & attentive staff
We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The reception staff were lovely. Same for the restaurant and bar staff, all very helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was great.. Plenty parking too.

Bij aankomst was er niemand bij de receptie en stond er een bordje met over 5 min terug. 5 minuten werden 15 min. Wij kregen als compensatie gratis ontbijt voor de 2 dagen.Vervolgens kregen wij de kaartjes en konden wij naar de kamer. Bij aankomst in de kamer kwamen we binnen en viel het ons al meteen op dat het raam open stond. Meerdere pogingen gedaan deze dicht te krijgen dat lukte niet. Er was een baby bij ons aanwezig dus dat is niet handig. De badkamer was zo smerig dat je daar de kriebels van kreeg. Besloten om naar een andere kamer te vragen want kamer 325 op de 3e verdieping was het niet uit te houden en zeker niet voor de 264 euro die ik betaald heb. Bij het verwisselen van de kamers specifiek nagevraagd of ons ontbijt ook bij deze kamer stond medewerkster gaf aan dat die automatisch gewijzigd was. Wij kregen een nieuwe kamer 126 deze was netter dan de 1e kamer. Wij hebben daar geslapen en in de ochtend toen wij aan het ontbijt wilden gaan werd ons verteld dat wij geen ontbijt hadden. Na wat heen en weer bellen door de keuken en receptie mochten wij gaan ontbijten. Na het ontbijt gaan douchen en de badkamer stond helemaal blank. Ik heb toen aan de medewerker doorgegeven dat ik het erg jammer vind dat alles op deze manier verloopt aangezien ik best een fors bedrag heb betaald. De medewerker wees mij erop dat als de accomodatie mij niet beviel ik ook uit kan checken en mijn geld terug zou krijgen. Ik heb een formulier ingevuld.

Perfect for us on a overnight stay.
We only stayed over night as a stop off. Having read other reviews i wasn’t sure what we would find. However we couldn't find fault. The room was clean and i liked the fact it had a separate internal door which made it really quiet. Bed was comfy the sofa bed not so comfy but ok. The kid's loved the pool. Which had towels available to use. Breakfast was busy but great. Staff were friendly. Would definitely use again if in that area.

WORST HOTEL IN THE HISTORY OF NOVOTEL (POOR HOTEL MANAGER AND RECEPTIONIST. I had three asthma crisis while I was in the hotel due to the smell of the hotel. Unfriendly receptionist and lack of professionalism. Silly hotel manager who is meant to be working as a store replenishing staff rather than a manager. Hospitality of the hotel is extremely is beyond poor. I will never recommend to my worst enemy.
