"The room was very clean and the staff very welcoming and wanted our stay to be an excellent experience. He took the time to make sure we knew about the complimentary breakfast and provided us with bottled water to take with us., It was a pleasant experience and was very nice after 12 hours driving. Property was very quiet and conveniently located and was easy to find parking. Highly recomend staying here if your in the area. "

"We're at the Hyatt house for FSUs graduation weekend, and the staff made us feel so welcome! There were mimosas and graduation decorations and everything was just perfect. I have to especially call out the fantastic staff who is so warm, welcoming, and helpful. We will be back for sure."

"Dirty Paid a premium of $300 for the night at this budget property due to a lack of available and reasonable accommodation with peak occupancy in Tallahassee for college move outs on this date. Housekeeping / management / ownership / the brands attention to detail is severely lacking at this property. Pulled out the desk chair to find it horribly stained and marked, wouldn’t sit on it, shower curtain needed replacing it was visibly dirty and brown at the bottom, I showered without the curtain, went to use the hairdryer and never seen such a filthy hairdryer in a hotel. The phone was visibly filthy. shocking. Although there was an upgrade with new lamp shades still wrapped in plastic in the room, it was unhygienic. "

"Hotel was nice, our room could’ve been a little cleaner. It just looked like they cleaned in a hurry. Enjoyed the free water bottles. Parking was a little cramped due to events spaces on the lower level being used but it was nice that they had over flow parking in a field across the street. Overall I’d sta here again."

"No hot water, filthy room, broken floor lamp, broken TV, towels like sandpaper, etc. Staff said no hot water in the entire hotel, you can go elsewhere for a full refund, granted it was after 5pm with FSU graduation at 7pm. Where should I go and I do not feel like paying $700 a night. Rude staff, totally outrageous behavior. So for our one night it cost $407, no discount offered. Place is a dump, staff stinks, need to start over."
