I would say this, probably has the best air-conditioning in all of Umbria!
Extremely clean, moderately comfortable with a very nice breakfast. Above all, the staff were as charming as Umbria itself.

What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B.
