"The hotel is very nice and always clean. The exceptional bar/ service staff keep us coming back. Tanner, Taylor, Nate, Will,Barry always treat us like family and take great care of us. "

"Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel. "
