Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional, which really made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the views of the city were a nice bonus. I also appreciated how quiet the room was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re visiting downtown Pittsburgh. Between the convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were not ready for check in by 4:00. There were hundreds of guests sitting throughout the lobby. Told everyone they would text us when our room was ready and nobody ever got a message. Finally was able to check in after the game we attended. When I asked how we could get reimbursed for their late check in, the employee stated “we haven’t really been charging for late check outs”. "

"Airport shuttle via Globe airport parking was great. On time, quick transfer to the airport. Driver gave helpful information about the new airport. Note that there is an extra fee to leave your car at the LaQuinta parking lot."
