Everything was clean and working as supposed to be working except the AC unit was too loud when turning to high setting ( outside was -10 degrees) other than that I’m pretty happy about my stay.

At check in, the front desk clerk tells us the pool is open until midnight. Upon arriving at the pool area we found the pool empty. There was no advanced indication that it would be closed. A pool stay was a top priority for this visit. In the morning, with a "do not disturb" placard hanging on our door, housekeeping walked right into the room! This could have been a very embarrassing moment. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
