Google maps does not have good directions, it will lead you into an infinite loop of parking lots around a hospital and office buildings that exist on the backside of the leaning tower plaza. You need to do STREET parking that's a block across from the leaning tower plaza. Then walk the distance to the hotel. You will not be able to reach the hotel any other way, so...

“Beautiful chic hotel. I chose the deluxe room with terrace. The terrace spanned the entire face of the building and was styled as a living room ~ wonderful. The perfect space for my German Shepard. “This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato.”
