"Poor compared to your previous breakfasts few months back when AVID was first opened and we stayed there. Weve stayed there about twice every 3 months since you opened in Beaumont and now there is no comparison to what you used to offer. Sorry to say this will be our last time to use AVID in Beaulmont; will shop and reserve elsewhere there. Rooms are still very good and everywhere cleanliness is very good. "

"This hotel is undergoing renovations. We checked in and immediately was informed that the elevator was not working and had to take a service elevator. Ran into a lady that informed us the service elevator had just broken down as well. We had to walk eight flights of stairs to get back to the lobby. All I can say is that the staff understood our concerns and helped us obtain a refund. "

"Didnt have breakfast or go to the lounge. Work starts at 4a.m. lol so no time for many shenanigans. Carpet was gross in that room, because its old, but I just put slippers on. (I didnt get the upgraded room) wasnt necessary just need a place to sleep and bathe while away from home working. And it was definitely more quiet and there wasnt a lot of loitering. I would definitely stay again and probably will this week. I wanna check out the upgraded room. The air blows cold! I need cold when I sleep. I was satisfied stayed 6 nights"

"The place was crawling with criminal activity. Be AC didn’t work. Loud music at 11 at night. I left the property and went somewhere else, where I knew my truck was safe and it was quiet enough for a Thursday night."

"Everything was great. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean."

"The breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff were so personable and helpful. Building was quiet. Literally the only downfall is the water pressure in the room. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and spacious but most of the equipment in the gym/spa didn’t work. The indoor pool is not heated so not useable. The breakfast was not great they had a poor selection, and anemic chicken sausage, cold eggs, oat meal was almost out. The staff was pleasant and did thier best to accommodate but the hotel needs to fix the amenities advertised it was disappointing "

"I was just about to leave my room when at 10:50 A.M. the front desk called to ask me if I was going to leave my room on time. Are you kidding? I have been staying in hotels for 20+ years and that has never happened before. No sense of customer service at all. And why have a 'gym' at all if you are going to close it a 9? "
