Struttura grandissima e magnifica, con un sacco di aree comuni per sfogo. Palestra super attrezzata! Giochi disponibili per i bimbi super apprezzati! Camera grande e pulita. Unica pecca è la colazione che quel poco che è stato tirato fuori, era buono ma molto minimal e basico. Pane marmellate uova 1 formaggio 1 salume, yogurt latte caffè qlc brioscina e dolcetti al cioccolato. Minimal ma buona. Per la colazione mi aspettavo un pochino di più! Cosa molto positiva, acqua fresca delle colonnine disponibile in tutto l'hotel. Esperienza molto positiva nel complesso

hôtel immense, proche de l'axe routier, décor artificiel, impersonnel, ambiance particulière vu la population (tout le monde sait), personnel n’est pas désagréable mais on ne ressent aucune chaleur humaine, et même le soir, et le matin, l’accueil était assuré par des agents de sécurité : tout est dit ! Cela convient pour une nuit sans attente, mais clairement pas pour se sentir “comme chez soi”.

Personne ne répond au téléphone ni aux messages (email ou système internet propriétaire). Impossible d'obtenir la moindre réponse. En revanche, on est inondé d'emails automatiques. En raison des conditions meteo j'ai dû annuler ma venue, ce qui m'a permis de constater que la garantie vendue est une escroquerie de plus (impossible de la renseigner si on n'est pas sur un cas prévu à l'avance. Entre l'hotel fantôme et l'escroquerie de la garantie d'annulation, je ne passerai plus par votre site pour réserver un hotel.
