"We loved that the property was away from the town. After visiting the town and all the activity - it was nice to enjoy the space and the quiet. Our host's were exceptional, breakfast was more then adequate. We sat and had a glass of red wine in the evening buy it locally.
Highly recommend."

"This place was magical with a beautiful view. Authentic Italy experience. Loved the home cooked breakfast in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"

"Railway 74 was a great location in La Spezia. We were very close to the station, they had available luggage storage, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. Very great experience and would highly recommend if you’re visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre villages."

"Lory and Max are warm and wonderful hosts. They helped us to book a dinner with a lovely view our arrival night; they drove us to and from the train station to avoid having to find parking on our Cinque Terra day trip; and they loaded us up with extra homemade goodies and water for our travel. The location is tucked away and quiet but not too far from town. It made for an easy and peaceful stay when visiting the coast. "The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room and excellent, ample breakfast. Shower is tight for a plus-sized person. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. Still, I highly recommend this B&B!"

"Location: a little outside Levanto city center, with a convenient shuttle.
Room: the room is spacious but outdated. The bathroom is blind and smells linger. The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button.
Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous.
Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use the pool. Just sauna, steam room and sensorial shower, all great.
Breakfast is medium. Nothing special.
Grounds: meticulously kept. The property is nice.
In the garage they have a bike stand and chargers (just the outlet) to charge e-bike.
It’s pricey, I give it a 4 out of 5."
"The bed was not the most comfortable, but you can't beat to convenience of the location, especially if you are planning on traveling to Cinque Terre. I would recommend using this as a base and using the trains to travel to Monterrosso and then taking the ferry or walking down the route. If you plan to spend your whole day out and just use this for sleeping, it's perfect. If you're not used to any noise, the trains are a little loud, but it was actually surprisingly quiet for the location."
"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment!
The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind.
I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."
"A clean quiet room. A beautiful hotel with high ceilings and marble stair ways. Not close to amenities, 5-10 minute drive. The hotel lacks a sign outside."
"Loved this property. So quiet and peaceful. Staff was lovely and very helpful. They recommended everything we needed to know about touring the area. They gave us a parking pass for the train station and recommended a good grocery store"
