A disaster
The hotel was closed and would not open for us. The Homeaway support staff failed miserably in supporting us, so, I finally took my own initiative to book another hotel on MY CREDIT CARD.
I have summarized my frustrations in discussions with the staff who were supposed to be helping me (both times), and am waiting to hear back from Homeaway. Pathetic
The low rating is both for the hotel, and Homeaway's vetting and la ck of credible support. I would again like to hear from Homeaway's management about this fiasco.
