"Pros: we checked in late that night and the system was down, but staff was sfillvedy helpful and polite. Upon entering the room, there was a scent that was overwhelming. Each time we reentered, the scent was present and did not go away. It smelled of some sort of body or hair product. We booked a one bedroom.suite with a pullout full size sofa bed. The wear other couch was very apparent. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. When we went for breakfast buffet, it was towards the end 9:30am and it got very busy. Howver there was not enough staff ok standby to help with the mess and spills on the floor. I even witnesssd a teen slip overfhe oj. It took af least ten minutes for someone to.come and mop it up. Overwallthe location was convinient, the swimming pool I'd say was very cloudy but fun for our kids. The hot tub was nice and warm. Paying $250 a night was over priced for what we received."

"The staff was so completely rude from the moment I walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much. Other than that, below mediocre at best."

"I got to check in after leaving a concert and they gave my room away causing me to have no where to stay for the night. The guy at the front desk said that he could book me for the next day instead and asked for my name and that was it. When we asked him if he needed my phone number or email or card number he acted confused and said he didn’t understand. I will never try and stay here again. Very disappointed and it ruined my weekend."

"This is a great hotel! Great location, beautiful on the outside and excellent parking. This is a newer hotel so it looks visually appealing and modern, has the cutest outside sitting area, a great bar, and the restaurant is delicious! The rooms are of course perfect, the showers are large with good water pressure and the beds are comfortable. My only feedback is I thought the staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. They weren’t mean but not forward facing with the customer service. For this beautiful hotel, I would expect over the top customer service. Nonetheless, this was a great hotel and I would absolutely stay again."
